The activities of functional subdivisions, as well as the administrative and production staff are governed by a specifically designed set of rules and regulations.

Amtel-Vredestein annually carries out a comprehensive assessment of staff working conditions and promptly addresses issues, if any arise.

All the equipment meets labour safety standards and each plant holds all necessary operating licences. All production premises are equipped with fire-alarm systems, automatic fire-extinguishing systems and portable fire-extinguishers.
