Amtel-Vredestein Group comprises four enterprises: two tire complexes in Russia (Amtel-Povolzhe Tire Plant in Kirov; Amtel-Chernozemye Tire Production Complex in Voronezh; ), a tire plant in Enschede, Holland (Vredestein Banden), and one chemical plant in Russia (Amtel-Kuzbass Chemical Fibre Plant in Kemerovo).

The plants are installed with the very latest equipment and hold certificates affirming that their quality control systems conform to international standards.
