Marie-Jose Nuelandt

Deputy General Director, Director — HR and Labour Policy

Marie-Jose Nuelandt was born on December 20, 1958 in Brussels (Belgium). In 1978 she graduated from Brussels Catholic University.

From 1979 till 1980 she worked for the Moscow Representative Office of the Belgian company Tracosa as the Head of the Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Department. From 1980 till 1982 Ms Nuelandt occupied the position of Manager of the Moscow Office of the German company Oweskon. From 1982 till 1993 she worked as Administrative Coordinator of the Moscow Representative Office of the American company Protein Technologies International. In 1993 she worked as the Administrative Director of the Moscow Representative Office of Phibro Energy (UK). In 1997-1998 she was the Head of the Moscow Representative Office of the Swiss company Marc Rich. In 1998 Marie-Jose was appointed as HR Director and Member of the Management Board of BorGlassWorks within the Asahi Glaverbel Group.

In February 2002 she joined Rusal, where she worked as Regional HR director within the HR project, and in May 2002 she was appointed within the group as the HR Director of Krasnoyarsk Aluminium Smelter. In 2003 she moved to Gloria Jeans (Rostov-on Don) where she was First Deputy General Director — HR Director. In June 2004 she became HR Director of Nizhegorodskiy Oil and Fats Complex.

Since 2005 she has been Deputy General Director of Amtel-Vredestein Group.
